Volunteers For Detroit Neighborhoods-Life Remodeled

This week is LifeRemodeled's 2017 volunteer project. Thousands participate, sponsor and come together to help clean up Detroit neighborhoods.

This Black and White image shows one of a small army of volunteers that made their way up a street, sweeping, weed whipping, mowing, removing brush and debris. Other teams show up to board up windows, paint the boarded windows, and haul away larger items. Several homes are selected for new roofs.
